Privacy Policy

Geezy Creator Hub is a customer dashboard that gives Geezy customers access to web-based creator tools. For privacy questions, contact geezlouise.lisa@gmail.com.

Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and basic profile information supplied by you or by your sign-in provider.

Tool access records. We store which creator tools your account can use, when access was granted, and how it was granted (for example a manual grant or a Shopify order).

Shopify order events. If you buy a Geezy product through Shopify, our Shopify app receives an orders/paid notification. We store a deliberately minimal record: the Shopify webhook and order identifiers, the order name, the shop domain, the order email address, the financial status, and the line items purchased (product, variant, title, quantity). We do not store raw Shopify payloads, shipping or billing addresses, names, phone numbers, or payment details.

We use this data to authenticate you, to determine which creator tools your account may open, to match purchases to accounts, and to keep an audit trail for support and troubleshooting. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Our Shopify app receives order notifications over HTTPS and verifies every request using an HMAC signature before it is accepted. Order notifications are currently recorded for auditing only and do not automatically unlock tools; access is granted by us.

Shopify webhook event records are retained for 90 days. A scheduled job runs daily and automatically deletes event records older than 90 days.

Account records and tool access records are kept for as long as your account exists, so that you keep the tools you paid for.

You may contact geezlouise.lisa@gmail.com about the Shopify-derived personal data we hold about you, including requests for a copy of it or for its deletion.

When we action a valid deletion request we delete matching Shopify event records and any pending entitlements, and we remove Shopify order and shop references from Shopify-sourced access records. Your legitimate access to the tools you own is preserved — we redact the purchase linkage, not your entitlement.

We also honour Shopify's mandatory customer data request, customer redaction and shop redaction notifications, which are processed by the same workflow.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest with our hosting provider. Access to customer records is restricted to administrators and enforced at the database level with row-level security.

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
